The new Giro Section combines the look of a traditional skate-style helmet with the light weight of in-mold technology for urban commuting, dirt jumping, and trail-riding.

Item Specifications

The skate-style Giro Section multi-sport helmet is a great choice for a wide range of activities, from urband commuting to mountain biking to dirt jumping. Its low-profile shape is distinct yet minimal, and because the shell and EPS liner are integrated though the in-mold construction process, it's nicely lightweight.

The front of the helmet has also been optimized with Giro's Super Fit technology to work great with our sunglasses and goggles. And with a wide range of graphics, there's a Section to suit any taste or preference.

In-Mold Construction
In-mold construction fuses a tough polycarbonate outer shell with the helmet's impact-absorbing foam liner. The fusion process allows Giro to sculpt better ventilation systems, so in-mold helmets can be lighter and cooler than traditional helmets.

Wind Tunnel Ventilation
Giro helmets are developed utilizing its proprietary Wind Tunnel ventilation system, which combines active vents with internal exhaust channels that thrust cool, fresh air over and around the riders head-while forcing heat and stale air out.
